Porter - Service (56876)

Job Requirements:

• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot.
• Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties.
• Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Remove the steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery
• Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management
• Provide transportation for customers
• Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
• Must be energetic and able to walk at a fast pace and stand for 8 hours a day
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds by self more than 50 with assistance
• Must be able to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and excessive cold
• Must be able and willing to spend most of the day outdoors
