Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Huntersville, NC. The Business Development Center Representative will be responsible for managing customer communications over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the sales process. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
