What You’ll Do:
- Process vehicle sales paperwork and billing with speed and accuracy
- Verify costs, rebates, and incentives across multiple platforms
- Reconcile schedules and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain compliance with state and dealership documentation standards
Qualifications/Requirements – Billing Clerk:
- Prior experience in automotive billing or dealership accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and teamwork mindset
