Job Summary And Qualifications
- Nutritional screening and assessment of patients as outlined per policy and procedures, including completing and documenting NFPE as appropriate.
- Providing patient education on therapeutic diets as outlined per policy and procedures.
- Oversight of FANS Aide staff in deciding which patient foods are allowed and disallowed based on the prescribed diet order.
- (RD-STATE) Registered Dietitian - State must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Bachelors Degree
- Licensed Dietitian
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
