Job Summary:
Parkridge Health System is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director in the spring of 2026 in preparation for our new program to start in 2027.
Qualified Candidates:
- Must be ABIM board certified in internal medicine
- Must have or be able to obtain a Tennessee medical license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of GME experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Must have strong administrative and team building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Part-time GME (.5) and part-time clinical (.5)
- Majority of the day M-F at the facility’s GME Admin offices working with residents, faculty, and other GME personnel
- Clinical time can be outpatient clinic or hospital medicine
