Job Summary:

Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced cardiac nurse practitioner or PA to join our established employed group, Centennial Heart at Parkridge, as an office-based provider.

Qualifications Needed:

• Board certified
• Tennessee license or ability to obtain one
• Three plus years of cardiac experience as a nurse practitioner or PA
• 2026 availability to start
  
  

About the opportunity:

• 7 cardiologists and 2 CT surgeons in the group consisting of: heart failure, advanced cardiac imaging, 2 electrophysiologists, general, interventional and structural heart plus five APP's
• Outpatient responsibilities for rounding and consults with responsibilities at one office location
• No night call
• weekend day coverage 1:8
