This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Lawyer, located in Conroe, TX. The Employment Lawyer will handle a broad range of responsibilities including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts; providing legal guidance on labor and employment laws; representing clients in employment tribunals; and managing labor disputes. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders in different capacities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Labor and Employment Law, Employment Contracts
- Experience representing clients in Employment Tribunals
- Proficiency in managing and resolving Labor Disputes
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with employment law updates and regulatory compliance is a plus
