What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Manager position at ParkMed Hospitality?
ParkMed Hospitality is hiring a manager to oversee the Valet Parking Operations at Crouse Hospital (736 Irving Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210).
Work week: Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $880/week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the valet staging area and team of valet attendants
- Maintain a schedule for all employees
- Ensure that all shifts are covered
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Communicate with headquarters regarding weekly hours, uniforms, and all related paperwork
- Find ways to improve the patient experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of management experience
- Provide immunization records (health screening done through the hospital)
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a valid CDL
- Able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
