Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, offering assistance and directions to enhance their experience.
• Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions, ensuring proper parking and retrieval of vehicles within designated areas.
• Manage parking lot flow by guiding guests to available spaces efficiently and directing traffic to prevent congestion.
• Provide clear communication to guests regarding parking procedures, policies, and any special instructions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, demonstrating strong retail math and cash handling skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized parking lot environment by monitoring for hazards or obstructions and reporting issues promptly.
• Assist with delivery drivers or dealership staff as needed, supporting smooth vehicle movement and logistics.
• Use effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns.
• Support overall guest services initiatives by offering helpful information about the facility or local area when appropriate.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for guests, staff, and vehicles at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with experience operating vehicles with manual transmissions preferred.
• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail math is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members.
• Experience in driving or delivery roles, including dealership or delivery driver experience, is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse community effectively.
• Cash handling expertise combined with attention to detail ensures accurate transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods comfortably in outdoor conditions.
