CNA/CMA Staffing Coordinator

- Must have skilled nursing experience and an active CNA or CMA Certificate.

JOB TITLE: Staffing Coordinator

• Hours: 8am - 5pm
• On call

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations
• Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies
• Keeps attendance records
• Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.
• Assists HR to create a positive culture to increase employee engagement and retention
• Works with HR coordinator to managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
• Assist on the floor, when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current CNA/CMA certification required
• Previous staffing experience is preferred
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
• The ideal candidate also is creative and will bring innovative ideas to our onboarding process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
