Great opportunity We are a pediatric dental office looking for a dental assistant to join our team We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude who enjoys working with children.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- assisting in hygiene area/prophys/charting/ohi/tell show do
- keeping a clean, stocked and organized operatory
- explaining treatment procedures,consent forms, post-op care
- sterilization
- general dental assisting duties (radiographs, prophys, monthly maintenance etc)
- maintaining accurate chart notes and records
- keeping track of supplies
- helping answer phone as needed
Requirements:
- EFDA
- Radiography license
- 4-handed dentistry experience
- Open Dental software knowledge is a plus
