What are the responsibilities and job description for the cna/pca position at Parkinson's Specialty Care?

We are looking for a compassionate, highly skilled, punctual and reliable, motivated person who has a passion for caring for others and has excellent communication skills. Our resident to staff ratio is max 1:6 or 1:3. We strive to offer quality staff to provide excellent high quality care to our residents. General responsibilities: but not limited to Assisting residents with all ADLs, grooming/hygiene, ROM exercises, meal prep/cooking/serving meals, housekeeping, laundry, EMR charting, medication passing, and socialization with our residents and doing activities.
Available Open Shifts:
- Full time, PM position 3p-11p/ 40 hours per week, includes working every other Saturday and Sunday.
- Part time, PM position 3p-11p/ 16-24 hours per week, hours include working every Saturday or Sunday
- Part time, AM position 7a-3p/ 16-24 hours per week, hours include working every other Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements:
Must be motivated to work alone or in a team. Due to the high level of nursing care of some residents we require CNA's with one year of experience and PCA with 3-4 years of SNF, Hospital or high care Assisted Living Facility. Hoyer Lift knowledge and medication administration experience required.
Rate: $19.50- $21.50 , pay rate is calculated based on experience, length of time at other jobs, certifications and job performance.
