What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Facility Auditor / Checker(Portland) position at Parking NW?
Key Responsibilities
Issuing Penalty Notices to vehicles not displaying a current proof of payment for their parking session or are improperly parked.
Accurately input Penalty Notice required information on handheld device and print Notice.
Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting.
Correctly and accurately identify vehicles parked in violation of applicable regulations and payment requirements.
Notify manager of any situations that may require further attention or action and report hazardous situations and conditions.
Maintain assigned equipment and supplies with due care and diligence.
Requirements
Driver’s License
Own vehicle with full coverage insurance (mileage will be reimbursed at 70 cents per mile)
Honest and Dependable
Detail Oriented
Work autonomously
Able to work in all seasonal elements
Wages and Benefits
$20 per hour depending on experience plus 70 cents per mile
