About Us:

Outrageous Cabins is a leading vacation rental company located in Sevierville, Tennessee, specializing in luxury Smoky Mountain cabin experiences. We’re growing our online presence across multiple brands — including our Airport Parking websites — and are seeking a skilled E-Commerce & Revenue Manager to optimize performance, marketing, and profitability across all digital channels.

Role Overview:

This role combines digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and revenue management. You’ll oversee the online strategy and performance of both Outrageous Cabins and our Airport Parking brands, ensuring competitive pricing, high conversion rates, and strong revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and our direct booking platforms
• Oversee and grow our Airport Parking websites, including pricing, promotions, and performance tracking
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and yield management strategies
• Lead SEO/SEM efforts, online ad campaigns, and content improvements
• Analyze booking trends, conversion rates, and revenue data
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain accuracy and brand consistency
• Prepare regular reports and insights for company leadership

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field
• Familiarity with OTA platforms and channel managers
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising
• Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media promotions, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance tracking
• Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands/sites and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to work on-site in Sevierville, TN
