As a Valet Attendant, you're the first face guests see and the last. That's a big deal. We take it seriously, and we'll make sure you're set up to do it well.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive and depart, keeping every interaction friendly and professional
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, following all key handling and safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles on drop-off and note any existing damage on the claim ticket
- Keep the valet area clean and organized
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally if they come up
- Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to be part of the team
No prior valet experience required. We'll train you.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally running short distances
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine desire to provide great customer service

Employee at Will: Employment with PMC is on an at-will basis, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws. A 120-day introductory period applies.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local wage and overtime laws, ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
