Compensation (California Pay Transparency Compliant)
- Base Hourly Pay: $16.90 per hour Estimated Total Earnings: Up to $25.00 per hour (base pay tips)
- Actual base pay within the posted range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, shift, and business needs. Tips are not guaranteed and may vary based on guest volume and performance.
PMC Complies With California Wage And Hour Laws, Including
- Overtime at 1.5x regular rate for:
- Hours worked over 8 in a workday
- Hours worked over 40 in a workweek
- Double time where applicable under California Labor Code

Essential Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Safely operate and park guest vehicles
- Accurately document vehicle condition
- Maintain traffic flow and site safety
- Follow company procedures and compliance standards
- Report tips accurately in accordance with policy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check consistent with California law
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift to 50 pounds
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical & Work Environment
- Extended standing and walking
- Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions
