Position Summary
The Candidate Experience Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for ensuring candidates move efficiently through every stage of the hiring process. This role oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the candidate lifecycle, including processing hiring documentation, coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements, completing I-9 employment eligibility verification, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The Candidate Experience Processor maintains accurate records within the applicant tracking system and HRIS, provides timely communication to candidates and hiring managers, and ensures all hiring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and federal regulations across multiple PMC markets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Onboarding and New Hire Experience:
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment screenings, I-9s, E-Verify, and required documentation.
Compliance And Documentation
Ensure all hiring practices follow legal requirements and company policies. Review Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), background checks, and manage approvals for start dates, rehires, and candidate progress. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance throughout the hiring process.
Data Management And Reporting
Collect, track, and analyze recruitment and onboarding data to ensure accurate reporting and identify trends. Provide insights to help managers and leadership make informed staffing decisions while resolving any data discrepancies.
Additional Responsibilities
Other tasks may be assigned as needed to support the company’s overall operational and financial objectives, with the expectation that the management remains flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.
