Qualifications:
What we need from you:
Various parking lot maintenance duties, including, but not limited to:
- Must be able to follow cleaning schedule and maintenance checklist closely.
- Walk the parking structures to monitor for any maintenance problems that need to be handled immediately.
- Hand sweep and pick up all the garbage on premises,
- Clean and empty trash cans trough out the lots and booths
- Mop elevators and building grounds
- Clean stairwells and handrails.
- Use air blower when needed
- Maintain gates and columns free of dust
- Remove graffiti when needed
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk and to lift 30 to 40 lbs.
- No driving is necessary.
Salary : $17 - $18
