About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual for a full-time Maintenance position covering our parking facilities in Downtown Dallas as well as surrounding areas. Schedule will vary, but will be primarily days.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our parking facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping and trash pickup of parking garage floors and surface lots.
- Experience making repairs with power tools a must for sign and metal frame installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with creative solutions.
- Providing a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality.
- Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Communicate and work effectively with both customers and team members.
- Remaining on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Operating a company truck or vehicle safely and efficiently (valid Driver's License required).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in construction, handyperson or maintenance; bilingual; knowledge and skills with power tools and small engine machinery.
- Required: Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English; ability to lift heavy objects; ability to be on feet for several hours; ability to travel 25% of the time.
