Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Royersford, PA

Position Details:
Rate: $16.00/hour
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Alternating Weekends & Holidays Required

What You'll Do:
Scrub, strip, and refinish floors to meet cleanliness and safety standards
Remove soil, splashes, and scuff marks from baseboards, walls, and doors
Perform carpet extraction and bonneting
Respond to emergency spills as needed
Maintain and report any issues with floor care equipment
Assist with cleaning and organizing housekeeping storage areas
Participate in fire drills or emergencies by helping direct traffic or transport residents
Cross-train in laundry and housekeeping tasks
Assist with resident room preparation (discharges/admissions) and trash collection
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Basic English literacy and communication skills
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Friendly, professional attitude with good teamwork skills
Prior floor tech or housekeeping experience in healthcare or institutional settings preferred
