Key Responsibilities:
Manage resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
Oversee resident trust funds and maintain accurate financial records
Assist residents and families with billing questions and financial paperwork

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

Previous experience in a healthcare business office or long-term care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of billing, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurance processes
