Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, ranch upkeep and farm maintenance. On site living available. Pay based on experience .
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for animals including feeding, grooming, tacking up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of animal living spaces
- Assist with garden / ranch repairs, upkeep and landscaping tasks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Operate tractor and other machinery when required
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and well-being of animals
- Assist with equine care if applicable
Qualifications
- Experience in animal care, farm work, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with equine care is a plus
