We are strategically growing our Insurance Recovery & Coverage practice and are seeking a policyholder-side attorney (5-10 years of experience preferred) ready for a high-impact lateral move.
This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles office where you will step into a leading position:
- Role Focus: Advising on complex coverage issues spanning D&O, professional liability / E&O, CGL, and emerging risk areas.
- Ideal Experience: This role specifically requires strong experience handling insurance coverage disputes with an openness to representing policyholders. Additional experience in insurance defense is also welcome.

- Billable Hour Structure: Our annual billable hours requirement is 1,850, which can include traditionally non-billable work such as business and client development, MCLE, and educational events.

- Strong insurance coverage experience, specifically on the policyholder side.
- 5-10 years of experience is preferred.
