REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work at all three store locations
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Facilitate pawn loans and evaluate collateral
- Negotiate purchases and resale pricing
- Appraise merchandise for purchase or resale
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive pricing
- Work toward and exceed individual sales targets
- Promote inventory through online marketplaces
- Demonstrate product knowledge across categories (jewelry, electronics, tools, etc.)
- Test and verify merchandise functionality
- Manage account collections and follow-ups
- Operate point-of-sale and inventory management systems
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all transactions
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
