What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at PARKER OIL COMPANY INC?
Parker Oil & Propane is looking for a safety-minded, customer-focused CDL Driver to join our team. If you take pride in your work, do the right thing, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Safely deliver fuel and propane to homes, farms, and businesses
- Load/unload product, connect hoses, and complete accurate delivery tickets
- Work with dispatch to run efficient routes and provide feedback on obstacles
- Maintain delivery records in our fuel management system (ADD Systems)
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Parker with professionalism
- Support plant operations in the off-season (April–September)
- Participate in on-call rotations (weeknights/weekends as scheduled)
What We’re Looking For
- Class B CDL with Hazmat & Airbrake Endorsement
- CTEP/Bobtail certified (or willing to obtain)
- Current medical certification & excellent driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and safely operate equipment
- Strong work ethic and dependability — especially during our busy season (Oct–Apr)
