Normas Busser (PM)

Responsible for assisting the servers in providing Food and Beverage service in Norma's (from set up to break down).

1. Fill the ice bin, fill water pitchers and prepare ice-tea.
2. Polish silverware and glasses
3. Clear tables (dishes, glasses as well as silverware)
4. Wipe down tables and chairs whenever necessary
5. Set up tables
6. Prepare line for running food
7. Prepare the coffee station (grinding regular and decaf coffee)
8. Restock the service stations with clean, polished cutlery, polished glassware, coffee cups and saucers
9. Take the dirty dishes as well as trays to the dish wash for daily wash
10. Clear and clean the bread, coffee and other stations
11. Serving water and other beverages whenever necessary 1
12. Helping the server at all times, to carry out an extremely professional service
13. Other tasks as required

The pay rate is $16.90 per hour.
