MDS Nurse - Somerset - Per-diem - Low/mid $50.00 hourly rate (depending on experience) - The area's highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment - 4 shifts per month as needed including weekends - The MDS Nurse is responsible for assuring the timely completion and transmission of accurate MDS assessments and the creation of interdisciplinary care plans for those we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- BSN from an accredited college or university, preferred.
- Proficiency in MDS 3.0 and Care Plan process.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in a health care setting. Minimum (1) year experience in a long-term care setting with post-acute experience.
- Knowledgeable of nursing medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
