RN Clinical Operations Supervisor
Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an experienced, reliable and highly motivated RN Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team of professionals in Nursing-Clinical Operations on the Evening shift.

Key Tasks Include:
- Supervise delivery of clinical care and related services.
- Monitor compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
- Provide staff support as needed.
- Conduct investigations and inform management of complaints, concerns and occurrences.
- As requested, participate in planning and conducting in-service education programs, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
- Previous experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facility
- Previous experience as an RN supervisor

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
