RN-Clinical Director of NursingFull TimeThe Parker Jewish Institute in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking a seasoned and professional Clinical Director of Nursing to join our team of professionals in Nursing Administration overseeing Long Term Care and Infection Control functions.In this high-profile role working alongside with caring, dedicated, and experienced senior nursing leadership, the Clinical Director of Nursing oversees and ensures effectiveness of the daily operations of Parker's Sub Acute Care and Infection Control department. As a senior leader, you will manage, coach and empower staff, ensuring effective management of the team that develops and maintains a system of care that promotes sound and scientific infection prevention principles and practices.Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Clinical Director of Nursing is also responsible for overall compliance with, including development and implementation of, Nursing Department policies and procedures.
