Nestled in the suburban community of Piscataway, Parker at River Road is a welcoming and caring home where our employees provide personalized nursing care in a comforting environment for 79 elders. Evergreen Way, located within Parker at River Road, is an innovative memory care neighborhood, designed in the “small home” model. Our dedicated care partners provide the highest quality of care where personal preferences of the elders we serve are respected and honored. Using a team approach, they deliver comprehensive, round-the-clock, exceptional nursing care and services to our elders. As an Eden Alternative® registered home, Parker transforms long-term care environments into person-centered communities that offer varied and meaningful activities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently active unencumbered CNA certification in NJ.
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner.
- Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
