Parker Health Group, a comprehensive aging services organization with over 115 years of experience, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Benefits and Payroll Specialist. This onsite position will work at our beautiful home office located in Highland Park, New Jersey.
In this position, you’ll oversee and administer all employee benefits programs including retirement and pension, coordinate the annual enrollment process, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our employee engagement activities. In addition, this position completes the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll and will partner closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional certification such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse population across multiple locations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven.
