We have an exciting opening for an Wedler on 1st shift in Enumclaw, WA. This position we are seeking a responsible team member to prepare and weld products and components.
1st shift schedule: 5 AM to 1:30 PM
Your Responsibilities
Welds metal components together with a variety of welding techniques and equipment to fabricate or repair products or components.

1st shift schedule: 5 AM to 1:30 PM
Your Responsibilities
Welds metal components together with a variety of welding techniques and equipment to fabricate or repair products or components.
- Sets up machines and selects proper electrodes.
- Handles and positions work with or without use of fixtures.
- Follows WPS.
- Performs SPCs.
- Actively participates in company-sponsored training programs.
- Uses a variety of hand tools and basic production equipment to prepare components for assembly.
- Completes additional duties and projects as assigned
- Maintain applicable WABO certification
- Inspect own work and meet applicable standards
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 1 year of spray transfer experience – This is the primary process ran in our shop
- Production welding experience preferred
- Understanding of basic welding symbols
- Sound knowledge of weld quality and the ability to perform basic visual inspection of welded parts to meet applicable codes
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks that may be repetitive
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player

Competitive Compensation
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
- Pay Range: $27.78/hr to $32.51/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
