Position Summary
With direct supervision, is responsible for work assignments on temporary full-time employment basis while enrolled in a university electrical engineering degree program. Assignments are intended to provide entry‐level experience and training related to the degree discipline and in Parker business structure, operational functions, customers, and products.

Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge of various department operations, functions, responsibilities and workflow.
- Complete well‐defined work assignments and actively participate in hands‐on projects and/or special assignments. Learn and become proficient at systems and procedures applicable to work assignments and functional area.
- Maintain communication with team leader to include feedback on assignments, scheduling, and program improvements. Immediate work mentorship may be assigned to an experienced
- team member.
- Perform other related responsibilities.
- Rising Junior or Senior class status; Enrolled in university coursework toward a college degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency electronics laboratory equipment; working knowledge of Altium PCB; working knowledge of digital circuit design; fundamental LabVIEW programming skills; fundamental Semiconduction Devices/Power electronics knowledge; working knowledge of MATLAB or Simulink.
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of administrative, technical and manufacturing assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
