Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for a Material Handler II to support assembly and machining operations through receiving, storing, staging, and moving raw materials, subassemblies, and finished parts to support. This role ensures timely, accurate supply of components to production, maintains inventory accuracy, performs basic quality checks, and follows safety and handling procedures.

Responsibilities
Primary Duties - WIP Market:
- Pull jobs from the job info screen.
- Receiving incoming products/Put away in correct location.
- Create Po’s for outside operations.
- Deliver and pick up raw components to assembly and from machining.
- Pull and deliver parts on order needed to complete assembly operations.
- Do routine counting scale calibration.
- Accurately complete cycle counts.
- Must be cross trained in all Material Handler primary and secondary job duties (see below).
- Cross trained in all Shipping job duties.
- This includes but is not limited to raw stock, back dock, pulling jobs, running shipping tables and picking up and receiving finished goods from assembly.
- Work in Shipping as needed.
- To receive 50 class all training must be completed across both depts.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must understand how to correctly complete shipping and WIP market documentation.
- Understand part numbers and can read them. This includes how to read location numbers.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented. Demonstrate good judgment to comply with instructions and standard procedures, methods or practices.
- Able to count accurately. Work at 95 - 100% inventory accuracy.
- Must have basic shop. If have not attended basic shop, will be required to attend next class offered.
- Must be forklift certified or willing to obtain and able to operate all equipment safely.
- Must be able to stand 100% of the time.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs 100% of the time.
- Frequently lifting and moving average weight material (5-35 lbs.).
- Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
