Responsibilities
- Support team members in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Assist with user support and training
- Provide support and problem resolution for end user computers and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Develop and deliver valuable information to end users through reporting and analytics solutions
- Perform regular software updates and patches
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field at an accredited college.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
- Familiarity with database technologies
- Experience with application development
- Experience with report development
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
