Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration

At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime.

The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe.

With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets;

Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes;

Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle;

Address routine questions by managers and employees;

Assists in the coordination of local training;

Coordination of corporate sponsored training;

Training of development plans;

Address well-defined questions by managers and employees;

Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process

Education: University Degree(or international equivalent)
