Responsibilities
- Provide hands on research and development in the area of electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints and adhesives.
- Troubleshoot raw materials
- Provide hands on scientific and analytical approaches to product development
- A degree in chemistry, polymer science or materials technology is necessary to be considered.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred, especially in the areas of plating or polymer formulation.
- Eligibility to work on non-exportable technologies, i.e., candidate must be a U.S. citizen or hold the required credentials to be considered.
- Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team member in a production environment.
- Ability to be self-managing and task focused.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, suppliers and customers.

- Pay Range: $87050 to $145250 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
