This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.
Responsibilities

- Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications.
- Assemble large and small components together in a fast past environment, such as, but not limited to side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips.
- Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
- Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Work in a safe manner observing all company procedures regarding environmental, health, and safety.
- Maintain professional, respectful, open communication with others.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic mathematical arithmetic and diagram reading.
- Skill using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
- Ability to work overtime during the week and on weekends as scheduled.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Competitive Compensation
- Hourly pay range for this role is $17.25 - $21.94
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
- 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (8-hour shift)
- 9:00 pm - 6:30 am (9-hour shift)
- 8:00 pm - 6:30 am (10-hour shift)
