Join Us as an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a high-output plastics environment. If you can take a blueprint from concept to commissioning, trace a voltage drop across a 480V 3‑phase circuit, and fine-tune a hydraulic loop on an injection molding press, you’ll feel right at home.

Impact You’ll Make
  • Install & commission: Read complex diagrams, stage equipment, bring power/air/water to the point of use, and validate safe, reliable operation.
  • Maintain what matters: Lead and assist cells with PM schedules; keep routine maintenance on track to protect uptime.
  • Diagnose & fix fast: Electrical (24 VDC/24 VAC to 480V 3‑phase), hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting; adjust systems; replace worn parts; add safety features as recommended.
  • Production continuity: Operate equipment when needed to keep orders moving.
Your Toolkit
  • Electrical schematics mastery; conduit bending/sizing by amps; owns professional-grade tools and toolbox.
  • Hydraulics/pneumatics troubleshooting; IMM experience (Sumitomo preferred, any brand acceptable).
  • Air compressors, HVAC, and water tower systems familiarity.
  • PLC know-how for basic diagnostics and I/O checks.
  • Supplier coordination and parts ordering experience.
  • Forklift and man lift proficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education/Experience: A.A. or equivalent technical training; or 2–3 years in machining/maintenance; or a balanced blend of both.
  • Language: interpret technical/business publications and regulations; write reports and procedures; present to managers, clients, and customers.
  • Math: handle whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate/ratio/percent; interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning: problem definition, data collection, fact-finding, and conclusions; interpret varied technical instructions across math and diagram formats.
  • Supervisory scope: none.
Physical & Sensory Requirements
  • Stand constantly; walk frequently; sit occasionally.
  • Manual manipulation, outward/over-shoulder reach, and climbing are frequent; crawling, kneeling/squatting, and bending are occasional.
  • Lifting: 0–10 lbs (frequent), 11–20 lbs (frequent), 21–50 lbs (frequent); 51–100 lbs (not required); over 100 lbs (not required).
  • Push/pull: up to 12 lbs (frequent), 13–25 lbs (frequent), 26–40 lbs (frequent), 41–100 lbs (occasional).
  • Other: near/color vision; tactile sensitivity; routine PPE use (safety glasses, safety shoes, and task-specific PPE).
On-the-Floor Conditions

Expect a loud manufacturing floor with periodic exposure to moving machinery, fumes/airborne particles, chemicals, heat, and vibration.
