Performs bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce various parts for air conditioners and refrigeration by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Works / rotates at different work stations as production needs require.
Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
Cleaning equipment and work area by performing daily, weekly, and monthly 5S S responsibilities.
Communicates with other work shifts as needed.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to read a Manufacturing Order and follow work instructions.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications May be required to complete Brazing Training class. Able to identify, use, and maintain inspection, measuring and test equipment.
