Parker Gas Company Inc. is looking for a hands-on Service Manager for our Wilmington, NC location.
The candidate should have a strong Management/Leadership background preferably in Propane. This multi-faceted position will require a solid background in Profit & Loss Management, Safety & DOT Compliance, Personnel Management, Employee Training & Development, Operations, Sales and Customer Service. Duties not limited to but including: Management of service and delivery fleet and personnel. Training of staff for related field(s) of work and safety.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in leading & coaching of employees
- Experience must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple product/service sales, distribution and support programs in a creative and effective manner.
- Possess a working knowledge of budgets with direct P&L accountability
- Ensuring quality customer service at all points along the service cycle.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Continuous improvement in operations service levels and productivity
- Take personal ownership of ensuring that we offer maximum customer satisfaction while growing the business and meeting profit objectives.
Requirements:
- Fuel Piping License (NC).
- 1-3 years previous management experience.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Customer Friendly Attitude.
- CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsement.
- Clean MVR.
