Parker Engineering and Mechanical, Inc. is a leading Multi-Family & Commercial HVAC Installation Company in the Nashville area seeking self-motivated and dedicated individuals for HVAC positions in Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Franklin and Murfreesboro. Although the main office is in Norcross, GA, we have a satellite office in Nashville.
No experience is necessary, and we provide comprehensive training for HVAC installation. Our employees are given the opportunity to learn, grow, and earn promotions to higher positions within the Company.
Helper/Installer
Description: General labor- installing vents, ducts, fans, etc.
For Helpers without experience, starting pay rate is $19 per hour with the opportunity for up to a raise after a 90-day review with your supervisor.
Requirements:
-Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
-Travel to job sites in middle TN such as in Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville and Murfreesboro.
-Must have or be willing to purchase tools, with an optional company tool cost reimbursement program available.
-Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
-Must be willing to work overtime on the occasional Saturday
-Must have a vehicle to get to the job site and a valid driver’s license
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
