We're hiring a Dental Receptionist to be the friendly first face our patients see. You'll join a close-knit team that works together, laughs together, and genuinely enjoys coming to work.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly greeting and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage voicemails
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and submit claims
- Collect copays and process patient payments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly
- Handle referral paperwork and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental front desk or dental office experience required
- Familiarity with dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
- Experience with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, positive attitude — our patients notice the difference
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bilingual is a plus
- Experience with treatment plan presentation
- Knowledge of dental terminology
