We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker for the Broadview, IL area. The Batch Maker will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling large quantities of food products according to specified recipes and procedures.
Duties
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
- Operate equipment to mix, blend, or cook ingredients
- Monitor equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Follow FDA regulations, CGMP, and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Perform quality checks on batches to ensure consistency
Experience
- Prior experience in food processing or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, FDA regulations, and CGMP is a plus
- Ability to fabricate batches accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience working in the food industry with an understanding of food safety protocols
Schedule: Friday 3a.m. - 5p.m., Saturday & Sunday 3a.m. - 4:30p.m
Pay Rate: $19.05/hr.
