Essential Functions
At least 1 year experience in administrative field. At least 1 year experience in customer service.
Education
HS Diploma/GED Equivalency required. Additional education preferred.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, type or handle and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk or stand. The employee is seldom required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.
Mental Activities: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use critical thinking. The employee is also required to use interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Scan, upload, and maintain digital records.
- Prepare and label outgoing mail and assist with check mailing or invoice sorting.
- Receive, organize, and process incoming mail according to procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking/ordering.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Parker Corporate Services team.
- Follow procedures to close the office at the end of each shift, i.e. locking doors, turning out lights, light cleaning of common areas, etc.
- Support the Accounting department and Human Resources with miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
