About the position
Responsibilities
• Input all new dig tickets and track progress.
• Update the street sheet and send out the daily schedule every morning.
• Add and manage all QC tickets to ensure project standards are met.
• Address all customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct rock reviews and evaluate project milestones.
• Upload Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to Site Tracker.
• Add and manage sub chargebacks on Airtable.
• Onboard and maintain relationships with new subcontractors and satellite teams.
• Handle line strikes and insurance claims.
• Manage sub billing and customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with the engineering team using Net PMD software.
• Answer questions from the design team or other engineering companies.
• Upload designs, assist with proofing shapefiles and prints, and communicate between the customer and design team for corrections.
• Handle Traffic Control, contractor registrations, and manage permitting portals.
• Ensure proper access, regular updates, and provide Airtable IT support.
• Manage Site Tracker and update dates in the PM tracker.
• Create and submit red lines and as-builts.
• Manage Customer SharePoint and submit closeout packages.
• Download and upload construction drawings, splice MOPs, and shapefiles.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in project management, telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fiber optics, construction, or telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Airtable, Site Tracker, and similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Net PMD or equivalent engineering software (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic construction processes.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for addressing customer concerns and coordinating with teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Proactive in resolving issues such as insurance claims, line strikes, and chargebacks.
