Parker Cadillac is expanding their sales team and seeking to hire two more customerâ€'focused Sales Consultants who love connecting with people and turning great conversations into longâ€'term relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the vehicle selection process, ensuring they find the perfect fit.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate sales and financing options to close deals effectively.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and stay updated on industry trends.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
What You Bring:
Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
