Service Business Coordinator | Full-time - Parker Toyota Location
Parker Automotive has one of the largest service departments in the Coeur d'Alene, ID area, and we’re looking for a Service Business Coordinator to join our team. This role is the front line for our service phone calls — helping customers schedule appointments, answering detailed questions, and following up to ensure every customer receives excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming service phone calls with professionalism and care
- Assist customers with scheduling and coordinating service appointments
- Provide accurate information and help resolve questions about vehicle maintenance and services
- Help with follow-up texts, messages, calls, or surveys to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the service team or other departments to maintain a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment with a team
- Flexible schedule — some evenings and weekends may be required (rotating 4-10hour schedule)
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screenings
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
