- Medical billing and verification of benefits experience preferred (1-2 years)
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly
- Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, and process payments
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues
- Perform medical billing, coding, and verification of benefits tasks as needed
- Coordinate patient’s needs with the provider
