HVAC Project and Sales Manager

The HVAC Project and Sales Manager oversees the planning and execution of HVAC projects from design through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role is responsible for developing project plans, managing resources and staff, coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes, and permitting requirements

.The goal of this position is to deliver successful HVAC projects while meeting client expectations and supporting company objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilitie

• s:Manage detailed project plans and submittals, including project scope, RFIs, schedules, and workflows, to guide projects from initiation through final deliver
• y.Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, manage supplies, and ensure cost efficienc
• y.Lead and manage project teams, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractor
• s.Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholder
• s.Ensure all HVAC work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, applicable codes, and permit requirement
• s.Conduct job site walks to assess project progress, review findings with the estimating team, and address any safety concern
• s.Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential issues and ensure smooth operation
• s.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior management and client
• s.Track project costs to ensure work remains within budge
• t.Propose, review, and approve modifications to project plans as neede
• d.Address issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure successful completio
• n.Manage the final stages of each project, including as-built drawings, project documentation, client handoff, and warranty coordinatio
